Comments:

Very happy with my pace. Stayed very consistent and only went above a 9min/mile average for miles 9 & 10 when I started to get some knee pain. Was able to get it back to under 9 after that. Personally I think should have drank a little more water, but really didn't feel any effects of being dehydrated. I was well hydrated going into the race to that probably helped. Had one gel around mile 10.

Overall, very happy with the race. My goal was to break 2 hours and I was able to do that.
What would you do differently?:

For the training I've done I wouldn't have done anything different today. I would have liked to have increased my training mileage a little more in the preceding months.

Next time I should also get a little closer to the front of the pack in the wave start. That would have allowed me to start with some of the runners that I caught up to and paced with during the first half of the race.
Post race
Warm down:

Pizza, hot dog, cookies & whatever else I could find to eat.... They had great volunteers and some good food there.

Oh yeah, a little stretching and a walk on the beach to cool down.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training, still relatively new to running and working on increasing my mileage.

Event comments:

Great volunteers. Wave start so there wasn't a huge crush in the first half mile. Beautiful course! Great beach to walk on before and after the race. Really looking forward to the sprint tri that will be held at the same location in Sept.
