Comments:

Took too much time getting my socks on. Should have done a better job of drying my feet. Also had a difficult time getting my shirt on...again should have dried off better.
What would you do differently?:

I'm getting a Tri top that I can wear during the swim to eliminate the problem with the shirt. As a bonus, I'll be able to wear my HRM strap during the swim.

Practice the bike more. Only rode twice this year before this race.

Didn't have any legs left after the bike and was way to hot. Couldn't get my HR back down and couldn't get enough to drink.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nutrition, Training, and sleep. I need to improve in all of these areas.

Event comments:

I love this race and will defiantly do it again. It's a challenging race, especially the bike course. I like the hills on the course and then the relatively flat run course.
