Comments: I'm happy with the swim, just need to work on getting faster. What would you do differently?: I wanted to try diving in at the beginning, but really didn't want to lose my goggles, so I just jumped. Transition 1

Comments: I'm really happy, my best bike so far. I felt a lot stronger than previous races. What would you do differently?: I probably could've gone a little harder, but I'm happy with my time. Transition 2

Comments: I really wanted to break 25 minutes and did, but I'm a little dubious that the course is short. I ran without looking at my pace, just went on effort, but I'm not sure I really ran as fast as it seems. I'll take it though. What would you do differently?: I probably could've gone harder on the first lap, but I'm happy. Post race

Got up at 4:30, got dressed, ate a bagel thin with just a little butter. I drank some water and some Diet Mountain Dew, felt pretty good.
Ran three laps around the parking lot and swam a couple laps.
