Comments: Nice run, very good weather! A good amount of runners to pace myself with. What would you do differently?: Not start out so fast! I was doing a 7:20 min mile my 2nd mile...a little too fast, possibly nerves! Post race
Warm down: Light jog for 5-10 minutes. Stretching to follow. Post race food of small bowl of pasta, water, banana, chicken salad sandwich, and some crackers. I was hungry! What limited your ability to perform faster: Not running outside enough before the race to get used to the elements Event comments: Had a great time, would look to do it again next year! Eat a nice big bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats! And a banana
Do a 5-10 warm-up jog 3 times, with stretching in between. Constant sips of water!
