Ate 2 bannanas, 1 bagel. Drank 1 Gatorade Prime and 1 bottle of water.

After mile 40 I started to cramp up and over hydrated. I also ate 2 Goo Chomps and I usually only eat 1. This turned out to be a bad idea.

Stick to my nutrition plan better and do what I did during my training sessions.

I over hydrated and ate to much on the bike which made my run terrible. I felt like I was going to throw up the whole time.
What would you do differently?:

Again, stick to my hydration and nutrition plan on the bike, so I do not fall apart on the run.

Over hydrating and eating.

This was an great race and my first Half Ironman. I wish my nutrition plan was better so I could have had a better run.
