Comments: I had a really good swim and felt very comfortable in the water. What would you do differently?: Maybe try to speed up a little after the half way point. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: After mile 40 I started to cramp up and over hydrated. I also ate 2 Goo Chomps and I usually only eat 1. This turned out to be a bad idea. What would you do differently?: Stick to my nutrition plan better and do what I did during my training sessions. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: MORE SUNSCREEN! Run
Comments: I over hydrated and ate to much on the bike which made my run terrible. I felt like I was going to throw up the whole time. What would you do differently?: Again, stick to my hydration and nutrition plan on the bike, so I do not fall apart on the run. Post race
