Warm down: Walked around a bit, water, gatorade, some cookies, pizza What limited your ability to perform faster: Ruined my nutrition by opening up and pouring salt stick tabs into my mixes thinking I wouldn't be able to notice the difference. Big mistake! Was literally gagging every sip on bike and run. The heat sucked but generally I need to learn to get out of my comfort zone more and embrace the pain Event comments: Gatorade on only 2 aid stations on run course which was a surprise to everyone.
