Pre-race routine:

Woke up about two hours befor ethe race, ate my normal breakfast ans waited.
Event warmup:

During training I did not do warmups, so I did not do it today.

Comments:

I started out faster than I should have because I got caught in the hype of the event. The holls were brutal and I walked some part of all of them.
What would you do differently?:

I need to improve my endurance by maybe finding longer training runs that won't require stops (redlights, street crossings, etc). This way I can make myself run longer and farther.

Walked about 1/2 mile back to the car.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Better training.
