Comments: Put on a long sleeve shirt for the bike ride since I felt kind of cold, in hindsight I could have probably sucked it up and went without it. Ran in my bike shoes since I was not used to a flying mount on this bike. What would you do differently?: Practice my mounts on the new bike Bike

Comments: Once again, stopped, unclipped, and dismounted. Didn't really want to stand on shoes and jump off. What would you do differently?: Practice dismounts for the next race. Run
Comments: Better than expected considering I've run 3 times in the last 2 months, had the cardio to spare, but couldn't muster the strength in the legs to put it to use. Post race
