Put on a long sleeve shirt for the bike ride since I felt kind of cold, in hindsight I could have probably sucked it up and went without it. Ran in my bike shoes since I was not used to a flying mount on this bike.

Practice my mounts on the new bike

More work in the aero position, I stayed down most of the time, but wasn't very comfortable.

Better than expected considering I've run 3 times in the last 2 months, had the cardio to spare, but couldn't muster the strength in the legs to put it to use.
