Comments: The course wasn't AS flat as advertised, but still very fast. I just didn't have enough bike fitness to give myself a shot at breaking 5 hours. I kept my power in range to make sure I would be able to put in a strong run. Transition 2
Comments: I feel like T2 is my specialty Run
Comments: Wow, what a run! Put down a hard pace to start, stuck to my nutrition plan and held on. At times it was quite painful, but I thought I was in 4th in the AG and wanted to run my way onto the podium, so I battled the whole way. Finished with a massive kick to sneak under 1:38:00 (unknowingly, I just had to clip one last guy). What would you do differently?: A 13.1 PR in a HIM? Nothing Post race
