Comments: Just rebuilding from some muscle issues, so 2 months into the build. I just dont have enough fitness to hold a faster pace, was good with what I did. What would you do differently?: Just need to not get injured and be fit for the races. Was first race of the season was happy with a sub 19 time. Post race
Warm down: Food and lots of water some stretching. 60 mile bike ride later in the day. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just general fitness.
