Comments: Drafted well on the out section, not as much on the back. Got a little warm, but was relaxed the entire swim, big improvement for me this year. What would you do differently?: This was good, maybe learn how to pace better since all my swims seem to be the same pace. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: get clipped in better. Bike
Comments: Knew the back part was going to be fun with a tailwind, so rode comfortably until then. The entire ride went by really fast, but it was two miles short. What would you do differently?: Yell "Terri Trane is my hero!" while going past the ball fields in Delano. Go harder earlier, reserve something later in the course to save my legs for the run. Transition 2

Comments: Walked a water stop and regretted it, starting to run again I couldn't get back up to speed. What would you do differently?: I think I need to go back to a run-heavy training load. Post race
Warm down: Walk, give the timing guys some grief. What limited your ability to perform faster: I wonder if I held back something for tomorrow.
