Comments: Drafted well on the out section, not as much on the back. Got a little warm, but was relaxed the entire swim, big improvement for me this year. What would you do differently?: This was good, maybe learn how to pace better since all my swims seem to be the same pace. ![]() Transition 1

Comments: Knew the back part was going to be fun with a tailwind, so rode comfortably until then. The entire ride went by really fast, but it was two miles short. What would you do differently?: Yell "Terri Trane is my hero!" while going past the ball fields in Delano. Go harder earlier, reserve something later in the course to save my legs for the run. ![]() Transition 2

Comments: Walked a water stop and regretted it, starting to run again I couldn't get back up to speed. What would you do differently?: I think I need to go back to a run-heavy training load. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walk, give the timing guys some grief. What limited your ability to perform faster: I wonder if I held back something for tomorrow.
