Warm down: Just died - well not really. Since swim last in this race had no shoes near finish, so walked to transition and took stuff/bike to vehicle. What limited your ability to perform faster: Deciding to do this with limited time to train before race. Needed more swim and bike training before, to do better. For first tri, this was ok.
