Great bike! Felt like I was killing it for almost the whole thing. Kept getting passed on the downhills and on the flats by one guy, we'd yo-yo back on the rollers though and I'd catch back up.

As usual the run wasn't what I wanted it to be. I have to learn to run faster somehow...
What would you do differently?:

Work up to training at faster "average" pace when doing treadmill work.

Another great Pumpkinman! This race is a great locally-run, locally-scaled event ... down-home feel is much more laid back than the giant machine that is Ironman events. Only gripe this year would be they still don't have mile markers on the sprint run (or bike for that matter).
