Comments: Had a little trouble clipping in What would you do differently?: Did better than I have in the past with T1, just had a little trouble clipping into the right pedal. After that I was fine. ![]() Bike
Comments: Would have liked to breach 20 mph, but felt I gave all I had in all segments, so there isn't anything I'd do differently. What would you do differently?: Nothing. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Did very well with T2 this year, I was in and out. What would you do differently?: Nothing. ![]() Run
Comments: Felt great off the bike and finished very strong on the last mile. What would you do differently?: I believe I was on the money nutrition wise. Never felt hungry or thirsty. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Did some light stretching afterward, didn't experience any cramping after the race. On Monday I was a little sore in my hips area, but that was it. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing. Event comments: I keep telling myself I won't do this event again only because the weather for the Cool Breeze is usually horrible. Stayed hydrated the day before.
Went through my entire stretching routine. Rolled feet, Wall Stretches, Foam Roller Routine, Used The Stick on adductors, Groin stretch and did side-to-sides (adductors).
Did not jog before-hand, but did to a few laps in the pool which helped.
