None, worked the night shift before the event. No sleep, met up with other riders at 5:30 and headed out to parking area.

Event warmup:

5 min ride from parking lot to start.

Comments:

I was still nursing quad issues that had plagued me for a month. Took it light, didn't push. Felt good at the finish.

Post race

Warm down:

Walked around the expo, ate my complimentary lunch (not filling enough).

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My quad injury.

Event comments:

Would've love to do the Century, but played it smart and backed off so I wouldn't aggrevate my quads.
