Comments: quick because no bike shoes, already in runners What would you do differently?: drop the running shorts cost maybe 10 seconds Run
Comments: knee went okay, had to stretch calf from cramp Not bad for an ACL repair What would you do differently?: keep training, eventually knee will strengthen Post race
