Comments:

Was nice and relaxed the whole way. Drafted for about a third of the course. A little contact for the first couple hundred yards but almost none after that. Did a good job sighting went pretty straight.

A little slow, suit got stuck on heels and got calf cramps trying to yank my feet out. Ended up reaching down to get it off my feet.

Went pretty hard on the bike. Did a good job on the hills, kept the cadence up and passed a lot of people. The big downhill to the lake was chip-sealed a couple of weeks ago and still had some loose gravel. Ended up riding the brakes a little and lost time - last year I hit 45mph down the hill, only hit 33mph this year.

Not a bad run, but I was hoping to do better. Legs were a little spent from the bike and it was starting to get pretty warm once you got out a couple of miles and there was no shade.
