Comments: Not a bad swim for me. Just need to keep training so I can go faster. Good sighting and stayed on course. Felt stronger after making the turn towards shore. Great temperature and conditions. What would you do differently?: More pool time and drills to get faster Transition 1

Comments: Felt good on the bike. Thought I would aveage over 20 mph. Guess it was the slowing up in and out of the road to transition. What would you do differently?: Pedal faster Transition 2
Comments: Good transition. Gluing the innersoles to the shoe really help. No bunching up as I slipped wet feet in. Made the transition faster. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Felt pretty good on the run. Got off the bike and up to speed quickly. Felt good at the end too. Post race
Warm down: Little bit of stretching talking to friends. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just need to train more and faster Event comments: Setup does a nice job. Up at 5 am, banana, toast, some juice and a little coffee on the drive to the site. Only took about 30 minutes
Air temp was cool so the water felt nice during a short warmup. Swam out the first marker and back. Had an old tee shirt that I put on until our wave started.
