it was too crowd and many of these swimmers didnt know what to do. mostly diid backstroke or breaststroke and they were in the middle of the pack.. arghhhh. the swim distance seemed longer than it was last year.
What would you do differently?:

I dont think i would ever come back... this race is great for beginners.

the swim exit to T1 was too long. we had to go up the steep hill to get into T1. it felt like 1/2 mile to get into the T1
