ate a light breakfast, waffles, 1/2 turkey sandwich and 1/2 banana. 2 cups of coffee.

Ran .5 miles to get heart rate up before swim.

Comments:

First time swimming at this pool. Found it dark and my tinted goggles didn't help. Also first time in a salt water pool. I found it better than the chlorine in my training pool.
What would you do differently?:

Get clear goggles before the next race.

Bike leg was held on spin bikes in the cycling studio. Average watt output was what you were judged on, not miles.

I took it easy on the bike so I would not burn the legs up. Still did pretty good for my AG. Averaged 284 for 20 mins

I used this as a dry run (wet run?) for my next sprint tri in April. Found my tri top works well.

Finished first in my AG. Overall good day.
