Comments: First time swimming at this pool. Found it dark and my tinted goggles didn't help. Also first time in a salt water pool. I found it better than the chlorine in my training pool. What would you do differently?: Get clear goggles before the next race. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Bike leg was held on spin bikes in the cycling studio. Average watt output was what you were judged on, not miles. I took it easy on the bike so I would not burn the legs up. Still did pretty good for my AG. Averaged 284 for 20 mins Transition 2
Run
Post race
