Comments:

The conditions just weren't right for a PR run today, a little too warm, a little too windy, a few too many turns. However, I still feel like I had a good run. I was wipped at the end.
What would you do differently?:

I can't think of anything I could have done differently that mighht have resulted in a faster run.

Course: Pretty flat, only 804 ascent and 813 descent. Had a loop and an out and back with a lot of turns. Mostly through residential areas and parks. Good croud support for an event of this size.
