Short run warm up. Had to wait for the race anouncements before starting. Need a longer warmup in these temps.

Push harder. Could have easily made 8min/mile pace

The lady who called me a liar because I did not get my free t shirt at the beginning was a bit of an jerk. It was like I was taking the shirt off her back.
