Pre-race routine:

Breakfast at 4AM toast, orange juice, banana, oatmeal. Drive to race. Arrived around 6:30. Picked up race packet and set up equipment in transition.

The swim pace was slow. More training will improve all three sports.

The race is always well organized and supported. The series allows the participants to gauge performance.
