Comments: 1/4 mile run up hill on grass to T1. I had to walk up the hill. Just could not run since my legs were tired from the breath stroke. Bike
Comments: I had a hard time getting my legs under me and a good pace. I finally rounded the church and was able to get going. The hills were very hard. I was able to ride with Craig for a while and that was great! Transition 2
Comments: This was a good trasition. I think that the time that is in the paper will be longer, but I stopped my watch at the end of the bikes. Run
Comments: I ran down the hills and walked up. On the flats I picked points and would run to them. What would you do differently?: Run more during training and loose more weight Post race
Warm down: Walk and drank a water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing. I was very excited with everything I was able to do. Event comments: Surviving the swimk was first. The bike was fun and the run was hard. Brent ran the last 1/4 mile with me and the brought tears to my eyes. He and Kevin have been more than just friends to me and I could not have have done this without them. I raced this race for Michael and Kevin. I can't wait to do this again! Thanks guys!
