Need salt tablets or better hydration in the days leading up, not sure which? Legs locked up a little, otherwise I think I could have run faster. Last 100 started as a run through the sand and as soon as I hit the sand I got two giant charlie horses in my hammys.

I'm not sure if I would come back. Loved the course, not a big fan of the venue. Miami is not my scene.
