Comments: Tried to just relax and pace self a bit slower. Felt that I was slower then I actually was. What would you do differently?: Not much. I was happy with the swim. With increased training I'll get better, but felt good and more relaxed then usual. Transition 1
Comments: Wasn't a great transition. Heel stuck again. Dropped cap & goggles as well. What would you do differently?: Try wearing my chip on the R ankle. I usually pull that leg out first and so may help with suit sticking. Bike
Comments: Controlled my pace well. Was tempted to push harder, but wanted to save my legs for the run. What would you do differently?: Possibly could have pushed a bit harder, but hard to tell. I'll figure it out with more experience. Transition 2
Comments: Decent transition. Feet went into the Vibrams again with no problems. What would you do differently?: Get to event earlier so that I can get a better position for my transition area. Run

Woke up, got gear together, had a coffee at home. On the way ate a banana, mandarin orange and a power bar.
Not much as started out later then usual, did briefly get wet.
