As expected, about the same fitness in the pool as last year. No surprise there considering I am only swimming 1 or 2 times per week.

Hey, can't complain about a 5k PB in a triathlon when your feet are numb at the start of the run! The intervals are working!
Based on speaking with people from the race last year, the course is accurate to 5km based on Garmin data.
