Warm down: swim in lake What limited your ability to perform faster: beleif that could go fsater on the bike and still run off the bike. practice running off the bike after every long ride. Camping night before. minimal training in the wek before.
walked the run course and drove bthe bike course. very important to get familiarised.
wetsuit on, simple stretching. big breakfast and energy drink SIS before. change diet to have white rice and simple carbs night before.
