Comments:

Had about a minute in the bank through 18. Gave it back over the next two miles. Fell apart quite a bit at around 22. Did plenty of hilly runs, but seems like that course still took a bit too much out of me.
What would you do differently?:

More hills on the long runs instead of doing them all down at Town Lake.

Walked for a while, drank some homebrew.

Event comments:

Huge crowd, lots of energy on most of the course except the late stages. Post race fare was average. I don't collect them or care that much, but finisher's medal was pretty mediocre: a round medal that looked like a gold record. Ooh, very original.
