Comments: I took it really easy on the swim as I had a small injury on my right foot and heel. The swim felt really good and easy. What would you do differently?: Without injury I would have gone faster but other than that I did pretty well and wouldn't change anything. Transition 1
Comments: Transition was slower than I wanted it to be. I had a hard time getting my heart rate monitor on and I had problems putting on my shirt. What would you do differently?: I need to practice transition a little bit more to shave of some time but otherwise I wouldn't change anything. Bike
Comments: I am very disappointed with this ride. I know I can go a lot faster but I had some issues with my foot. It was very windy on the course. There was a lot of head and cross wind. What would you do differently?: Ride, ride and ride some more ... Transition 2

Comments: This run sucked! It was pretty bad because of my foot injury. Its a flat course and I should have torn it apart. What would you do differently?: Lose weight and train harder. Post race
Warm down: no warm down What limited your ability to perform faster: Foot injury and weight. Event comments: Overall a good race!
