Felt like I bonked on the first lap of the bike. Pulled out of it by about the middle of the second, but didn't feel strong.
What would you do differently?:

Train on the road bike more. Spent to much time on the mountain bike.

Even though it was my weakest link, it was a personal record for a 5k in a triathlon. I cut 4 minutes off last year's time. Definately my area of focus, but it was great to see improvement, especially at an altitude of 7500 feet.
