Nothing special, just stood around visiting with my daughter and son-n-law. Stretched a little.

Great run! Ran with my daughter for her first HM. wouldn't have changed anything. Could I have run it faster? Of course. Would I run it faster, not in a million years. 2:37:30 of quality of time with my daughter. Grabbed the new grandson and crossed the finish line carrying him, 3 generations at once!
What would you do differently?:

Nothing at all.

Pacing my daughter.
