terrible, current so bad, 4 foot waves, worst swim in the 7 years been done. tons of people were being pulled out. terrible!!!

cramped up in my calf halfway through, stopped for a few minutes to rub out, swam with one leg for a bit until could get muscle back

not bad just slow, wind at end of bike hurt begining run. the last half of run was much better, got into grove and my cramp in calf was completely gone.
