Comments: Very challenging course, espcially if you haven't been training on trails. Hard to maintain pace when dodging rocks and mud holes. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Stretching Event comments: Well organized and supported. Trails were well marked. Normally, one water station is more than enough for a 10k, but with the warm temperature and difficult nature of the course, I could have used a couple of more cups of water.
