Comments: Had a very hard time at the start with the high humidity. As a result my first few miles where at a 11 to 12 min/mile. It cooled down later and I was able to get to a sub 10min/mile. What would you do differently?: Put antichaffing gel on my legs Post race
Warm down: Get medal, walk around, drink muscle milk and beer. What limited your ability to perform faster: High humidity at the beginning if the race Event comments: On my way home I suggested to my wife to pick up 31 cu.ft. of soil This lead to a 3 hour yard work experience post race.
