Pre-race routine:

Left home at 7. Had breakfast of granola and yoghurt. Shocked to discover that the car I took did not have a cigarette lighter to plug in GPS. Saw a car at Louisa with a bike on the back, followed them and got there with a different route. Plenty of time to check in, get ready and just hang out.

Very short warm up swim, just to see wetsuit was fine.
