It was so GREAT to see Karen and hubby and the dog at the bottom of the trail. That cheered me up immensely!!!!!

Practice the course. Should buy a conservation pass again, this is a great freat venue

just unracked and left. Drank water. Chatted for a minute with the girls in my agegroup

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the crazy hills and lack of bike skills

This is a keeper and my new subsitute for Guelph Lake. So glad I did read the maps cuz this course is a lot different than the fall women's only event!

Course: HARD, the sixth line is brutal. I knew there was a chance I would be walking up the sixth line and I did. That was partially because I dropped my chain when I went into low gear.

Course: LOVED THIS COURSE. I was so reminded of x country running days and I think if there had been anyone around me when I ran I might have picked up the pace a bit. I was a little nervous out in the back woods, did not find the trail well marked. Volunteers out there would be appreciated a little more!
