Comments: quarter mile from the pool to the transition area. In the cold. Heart was racing after the pool so I jogged it. Also put on a shirt for the cold. What would you do differently?: Run faster to the transition. Bike

Comments: Good run , felt slower than it was, heart was racing pretty bad. Might want to get a heart rate monitor. What would you do differently?: Train with a heart rate monitor to try to get my HR down after those bikes. Post race
