Couldn't decide if I should just use this as a practice race for IM or just go for it. Either way decided to swim relaxed as possible

More OWS practice. Need to practice spotting and swimming straight.

Need to have a routine. Went to wrong side of the bike....slow putting shoes on....just need to practice.

Once I got of the water I knew I wasn't in front but wasn't the last one out either. I started passing a couple people on the bike and decided I was racing. Went pretty hard and figured if I blew up...oh well.

I had no idea of my pace. Just watched the HR. It was much higher than normal (in the 160's) but I figured if I have to slow down that's what I will do.

Nothing, had fun on the run and the bike.
