Comments: Swim felt great. You are seeded based on your swim time when you register. I had to pass about 4 or 5 people in the pool. Very hard to pass in an event like this. What would you do differently?: I seeded myself as doing the 400 in 6:30. Maybe seed myself higher so I have less people to pass. Transition 1
Comments: After coming out of the pool you need to run up a long hill. I didn't run too fast since I was pretty winded from the swim. Once I entered into the transition area a ran to my bike. Bike
Comments: This course was a hard course. This was only my second Triathlon but my guess is this is one of the hilliest. At some points you were going down hills at 35 mph and then 10 seonds later you were climbing a hill at 6 mph. Barely was able to get in aero position for the race. Good thing about the bike course is that most of the ride was in the shade. What would you do differently?: Need to work on doing better going up hills. Transition 2
Comments: You run into transition down hill on pavement so you have to be careful not to slip on your cleats. Run
Comments: The bike ride drained by legs so my run was awful. I had to walk alot. What would you do differently?: Train more bike to run bricks. Post race
