The Roctane and Gatorade mixed with the lake water and that was bad almost lost it a few times but pushed through

get into my shoes faster and have taken the gu and the Gatorade earlier

Heat consumed the gu to late and swallowed nasty lake water

Kinda wish they had kept a similar run course from last year. I hate hair pin turnarounds. I guess no one really likes them but I think the changes that were made to the course were for the best.

Good run how can I be mad at a run that is almost faster then my oper PR? but I feel I would have PR'd had it been cooler it was HOT
