Great run route. Spectators all along the route. Great watering stops and fuel stops.

Warm down:

Water and Gatorade. Iced down towels were available to the finishers.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training, but performance was better than expected.

Event comments:

Awesome race, with lots of people and volunteers. It was by far the biggest race I've ever been involved with.
