Felt pretty terrible, like I was running through water. Assuming may the 20 miler I ran on Thursday maybe made me feel that way. Although my foot didn't hurt at all, so that was exciting.

Legs really started feeling it here. Never seemed to get my running legs back after the run. Was expecting my second run to be okay because I've been doing a lot of endurance, but my legs were just not feeling it today.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Definitely not an A race, just doing it for fun. Had a heavy week of training before. Also definitely could have hydrated better the day before instead of having a few beers...

Event comments:

Seemed like a pretty organized race. Awards took forever, to the point where I wasn't going to stay until I found out I won cookies.
