Comments: Felt pretty terrible, like I was running through water. Assuming may the 20 miler I ran on Thursday maybe made me feel that way. Although my foot didn't hurt at all, so that was exciting. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Started to feel okay after spinning out my legs for a while. The wind across half the course really took it out of me though. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Legs really started feeling it here. Never seemed to get my running legs back after the run. Was expecting my second run to be okay because I've been doing a lot of endurance, but my legs were just not feeling it today. Post race
Warm down: 10 minute easy run around. What limited your ability to perform faster: Definitely not an A race, just doing it for fun. Had a heavy week of training before. Also definitely could have hydrated better the day before instead of having a few beers... Event comments: Seemed like a pretty organized race.
