Really poor first half. Didn't get rhythm and smooth till last buoy. Ok then but too late.
Really odd, even for me, I just couldn't get relaxed and breath at all...
What would you do differently?:

Warm up, start further in front and swim my own race. Really had a start/stop thing the entire way.
