What would you do differently?: Not much. Felt good all the way through Post race
Warm down: Stretch, massage, lunch. What limited your ability to perform faster: 2 low blood sugars, headwind, quad cramp that never fully materialized yet was always right there waiting to bite! Event comments: Thanks again to all of the volunteers. Especially to the route marshals who were just as lost as we were due to the fact that detour directions had not been given to them.
