What would you do differently?: Had a few Gu chomps....would not have eaten as I believe it upset my stomach slightly. Post race
Warm down: Stretching Orange to replace electrolytes Event comments: My goal was to qualify for olympic nationals and that is why I chose this race.....due to its timing and location Enjoyed the race very much and would consider doing it again next year even if not a regional qualifier.
