Have been working on the swim since my early season race, but still haven't improved much over the last couple of years, however, low hanging fruit isn't going to be in the swim.

It's a long run from the swim exit into transition. My hands got somewhat stuck in sleeves as I was focused on running. Finally got them out right as I got to my rack space.
What would you do differently?:

Practice slipping feet into shoes as I'm riding. Still, a pretty good T1

I underestimated the hills on the bike and in the development, didn't pace correctly through them, and as a result, blew up around mile 4. 4 total walk breaks from 5-20 seconds each.
What would you do differently?:

Don't underestimate the hills from mile 2 to mile 5.5.
