Swim
Comments: Have been working on the swim since my early season race, but still haven't improved much over the last couple of years, however, low hanging fruit isn't going to be in the swim. What would you do differently?: Try to draft more Transition 1
Comments: It's a long run from the swim exit into transition. My hands got somewhat stuck in sleeves as I was focused on running. Finally got them out right as I got to my rack space. What would you do differently?: Practice slipping feet into shoes as I'm riding. Still, a pretty good T1 Bike
Comments: It's a hilly course, but having done it once before, it was good to know when the hills were coming to let the legs rest a bit. What would you do differently?: Prepare better on the Bike Transition 2
Comments: No problems here. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: I underestimated the hills on the bike and in the development, didn't pace correctly through them, and as a result, blew up around mile 4. 4 total walk breaks from 5-20 seconds each. What would you do differently?: Don't underestimate the hills from mile 2 to mile 5.5. Post race
