Pre-race routine:

woke up at 5:15. I was excited but tired. I ate my dad's cliff bar with some water. My meal the night before was pasta with tomato sauce.

I rode the bike course with my dad. I felt less nervous after riding it.

My first swim with a lot of people. It was shorter than i thought and a lot of fun. It was a little scary because people were splashing all over the place.

i wish it would have been 100 yrds.

This was the part of the triathlon i was really nervous about. I was nervous about people being up in clusters. I talked to daddy about it and we rode the course before the triathlon and after that i felt better.
