Got to race site and check bag in and waited around for start.
Event warmup:

Comments:

First 13.1 went as planned. The second half was a nightmare. At about Mile 20 the legs just stop working. I felt ok but I just could not get the leg to get going. It may have just been a little to much on the legs.
What would you do differently?:

Not do Ironman the month before. I just did not get in enought long runs before the race. I need more down time after IMOO for legs to recover.

Sat down and did not move.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Tired legs. Long season for training.

Some day I will go back. Really great race.
