One of my shoes popped off the bike going into T2. I was content with just leaving it behind but one of the volunteers called me out so I had to turn around and get it. Lost a bit of time on the bike split but whatever.

Practice mount and dismount more.

Nothing I could have done. I will be doing some brick runs in training now though. The first half of the run felt like death but I settled in and negative split the second half.
